cp and me I 1st started suffering with knee pain when i was around 8yr old but it wasn't until I was 12 that i was dignosed with CP. That was when i experienced my 1st acute flair up. At that time i ended up in a wheelchair for about a year as the pain was so bad.I was also having intensive physio during multiple week long hospital stays. At the end of all that my then Dr told me there was nothing more they could do for me and i was to go away and deal with it as best i could, a great thing for a once extremely active 12 year old to hear! But that exactly what i did do and have been doing really well until Dec last year. Now at 24 I am going through my 2nd acute flair up and am again having physio. I have been told that no operation can be done to help and that i will just have to learn to live with it which as you will know is easier said than done. But i did it last time so i will do it again!
