Looking for challenging exercises

I am a 32 year old male who has been playing soccer for 28 years and a little over three weeks ago I was playing and me and another player kicked the ball at exactly the same time. He was in a much better braced position because he was looking to block the shot and I was completely exposed because I was looking to shoot the ball. As such, my toes were fully extended in a position to shoot the ball with the laces of my cleats. Needless to say, it was all over for me after we made contact with ball. I went to the ER kmowing I had done some damage. All I wanted from the ER was an immobilizer and some x-rays for the orthopeadists. I went to my ortho doctor and he referred me to an associate of his who specializes in sports medicine. He ordered and MRI, which I had this past saturday, and gave me a printout of some exercizes to do at home. It has now been three weeks and all I know is that I have a grade two medial collateral sprain and possible other damage. I am still wearing the immobilizer and still have stiffness in the knee. I am just about at 90 degrees (forcing it and it hurts) range of motion. Additionally, I have accidentally straightened my leg while in the immobilizer and felt a pain in the back of my knee that has brought tears to my eyes. I was hoping that someone could provide some additional exercizes or websites where I could find additional exercizes. The exercizes my sports medicine guy gave are helpful but I was hoping to get some more challenging exercizes. Plus, if anyone understands my situation could you provide some insight into whether I may have some more damage then a medial collateral sprain. It sure feels like I do. In advance, thank you for any additional advice, insights or websites.
