yoga
I've had severe patella tedonitus for almost 4 months. In the begining, I could barely walk anywhere. I tried bedrest for 2 weeks that did nothing. I, of course, have done PT, ultra-sound, hot laser, and electric stimulation. I am sure some of these things have done some good. Although, the process has been extremely slow. What I've found to really help is Bikram Yoga (twice a week), PT (everyday twice a day in your own home), ART Active Release Tecnique (once a week), and ice/rest when you can. I am not completely healed, but I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
