micro fracture I had mircrofracture surgery on my left knee on Sept 30, 2003. Besides the microfracture, I had a partially torn ACL and torn miniscus. I have had a terrible time with pain and weakness and dont know where to go from here. PT has been painful. I now have pain in the left hip. What is the normal recovery time for this procedure. I played a lot of tennis and have been out about 1 year now...I want to play again but I am fearful my career may be over. I have tried, but I have no forward or lateral thrust or strenght...Any suggestions??
