yoga ,biking stretching
Hi, I thought I was really losing it, after 3 years of pain from my pelvic area, hip, knee and heel. I was beginning to think I was really a chronic complainer. After two orthopedic suregons, a chiropractor, and two physical therepists, cortizone, anti- inflamitory drugs, ice, heat, hot tubs and three years later; I'm talking to a friend that is a PT with a pediatric group who really hears what I'm saying.... after one session with her, I'm sleeping through the night again, doing yoga daily, riding my bicycle, and streaching first thing in the morning. WHOA! I'm not cured but at least I don't bite everyones head off. This routine is helping me. Hopefully my hip and leg in the area of the tibular band will stay stretched out for the very busy lifestyle I would like to maintain.
