Knee Revisions

I am just wondering if anyone else has had the terrible experience that I have had. In January 2004 I had a failed arthroscopy which led to a total knee replacement in April 2004 in which the doctor used a Zimmer Nexgen cementless implant which did not take. After much complaining about the relentless pain and poor range of motion he turned me over to another doctor in his practice who did a total knee revision in September 2005. Well today I can hardly walk and he keeps on telling me nothing is wrong so I went to Cleveland Clinic and the doctor there found three things wrong with my knee. Which means I need another knee revision! I feel like I'm in a nighmare and really scared. This doctor is confident he can fix all the problems. I am scheduled for surgery again on January 14th 2008. I have been on morphine and vicodin because I have been in such severe pain. Thank God for pain management! Why don't the doctors listen when you tell them something is wrong? I know my own body and he just kept blowing me off. Seems like they do not want to deal with you if you have problems and don't turn out to be the perfect tkr patient. Would love to hear from anyone with similar experiences. I'm just wondering if it's possible for me to get better.
